"And how does a lodging possess five factors?
Here, the lodging is neither too far from a place for alms nor too close, and it possesses a means for going and returning.
During the day it is not disturbed by people and at night it is quiet and still.
There is little contact with flies, mosquitoes, wind, the burning sun, and serpents.
One dwelling in that lodging can easily obtain robes, almsfood, lodging, and medicines and provisions for the sick. In that lodging elder bhikkhus are dwelling who are learned, heirs to the heritage, experts on the Dhamma, experts on the discipline, experts on the outlines. It is in this way that a lodging possesses five factors."

The Dhammacari Vipassana Center is situated in Sonnenthal near Allgramsdorf/Rottenburg on Laaber. It is embedded in the hilly countryside of Lower Bavaria, Germany. This quiet spot offers ideal
conditions for meditation.
At the suggestion of Venerable Phra Prom Mongkol Vi (Phra Ajarn Tong Sirimangalo), the Dhammacari Vipassana Meditation Center Association was founded in September 2004 with the mission
to establish a meditation center in Germany. The center was opened in February 2006 in Sonnenthal (near Munich). Hildegard Huber has resided there ever since.
Hildegard Huber has been a student of Venerable Phra Ajarn Tong Sirimangalo since 1992. In 1998 he authorised her as Vipassana teacher and gave her the name Dhammacari. 2004 she gave up her worldly professional life completely.
Through her own long term extensive meditation practice, she can pass on the acquired knowledge and the realization of the teaching in an understandable way. Her kind nature allows her to guide her students in an empathetic manner through their practice.
